This custom oblong, rounded-edge spacer fits directly into the guard linkage assembly to take up the excess slack. It stops the mechanical impact and clunking sound when lowering the saw head, making the plunging action smooth and quiet. Manufactured from high-temperature, glass-fiber reinforced ABS (ABS-GF), it is built to withstand heavy wear and last for years.
