Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation.

Domestic Shipping We ship within the US using USPS and UPS. The final shipping cost is calculated automatically and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is provided for all orders over $200.

International Shipping Currently, international shipping is only available to Canada. Shipping to European countries is temporarily suspended. All customs duties, taxes, and VAT are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be paid upon receipt of the package.

Lost and Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team at info@3dkub.net, and we will replace the damaged item free of charge. If your package is lost in transit, you must first contact your local post office to initiate a search. If the postal service officially confirms that the package is lost and cannot be located, we will reship your order for free.
